Our Projects

Project Mercury (NERS Amalgamation)

Vector Utility Engineering Ltd had the pleasure of leading a constituent of the FTSE250 through a thorough review of their existing NERS policies and procedures across their UK network of businesses. Our scope included the review, recommendation, and implementation to consolidate ESM Power Ltd and G2 Energy Ltd (who will later be joined by Rock Power Connections Ltd) into an aligned suite of best practice procedures for all contestable activity scopes allowed, namely the design, project management, and construction of electricity networks for systems up to, and including 132kV.

Careful consultation with all stakeholders was maintained throughout the delivery, working closely with Mitie's senior management team, the directors of each respective business, and LRQA's lead auditing team to ensure alignment with Mitie's vision and values, and the scheme requirements defined by NERS.

This feat was achieved in less than 3 months from our appointment, anticipating the tight deadlines, we were delighted to exceed our client's expectations and received highly positive feedback, we look forward to supporting Mitie Power & Grid on their ambitious operation in the near future!
